Sydney Premium Cleaning is a 100% family owned and operated business started in Sydney. We are not a franchise or cleaning agency. Our team have vast experience in residential and commercial cleaning, and strive to provide the best service possible. All members of our team, including cleaners have passed a thorough background check and police check.

We offer a wide variety of cleaning services. With our teams being split up into Residential, Commercial and STRATA cleaning teams, meaning each cleaner is an expert in that field. Doing this means we are able to offer a range of cleaning solutions without sacrifising quality. Some of our services include: Housekeeping, Vacate Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Building Cleaning, House Cleaning, Store Cleaning, Shopping Centre Cleaning and more.

Using our online booking form, you are able to select the date and time, and which services you require. Usually we confirm appointments instantly, but some short notice bookings (same or next day) may require a manual confirmation. Our team will show up, walk through the job with you (if you are available to be onsite), confirm details and start cleaning!

Our team follows a strict cleaning procedure, where all jobs are overseen by our Operation Manager. Our team will either walk through the completed job with you or if you are unavailable to be onsite, our cleaners provide photos to confirm the job is done to your satisfaction.

Our prices are variable and based on how many rooms, bedrooms, living rooms and type of cleaning required. You can fill out our online and get a price in under 60 seconds!

We accept online payments only at the time of booking. When you make a booking it will pre-authorise the amount, and when confirmed by our system it will then be charged. We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all bookings. We use ServiceM8 and Stripe to process payments.

Yes! All our cleaners have gone through a thorough background check, including police checks, references and third party verification. Remember, we are not a large cleaning agency who uses dodgy sub-contractors! Our team are professional and diligent.

Do you supply cleaning equipment and supplies?2019-01-29T14:05:25+00:00

All our cleaners have professional cleaning supplies, including vacuums, mops, scrubs etc. Sometimes clients wish our team to use their supplies, in which case we are happy to comply.

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cleaning services, provided the property is in a reasonable condition in which it can be expected that the clean can be completed in a reasonable manner and time.

Our team does not require meeting, but it usually helps establish a friendly relationship and what the needs of the client are. We require a clear way to enter the property, meaning if you are not going to be there, please notify us when you book of how to enter the property.
